1. Application Fees

To submit university applications through the StudyInKZ platform, students are required to pay a one-time Application Fee.

The standard Application Fee is:

• 50,000 ₸ per student

The Application Fee must be paid after the student uploads all required documents and before the first application is submitted through the Platform.

Following successful payment confirmation:

• The student may apply to any universities available on the Platform;
• No additional application fees will be charged for the same student profile;
• The payment grants access to the application submission services provided by StudyInKZ.

The Application Fee is charged once per student and remains valid for all applications submitted through the Platform.

2. Payment Procedure

Payments are processed electronically through secure third-party payment service providers integrated into the StudyInKZ platform.

Online checkout is processed by Jet Pay, a licensed payment service provider. Any card issuer, bank, currency-conversion, or provider charges are shown during checkout where applicable.

International payments. The Jet Pay system allows to accept cards issued in 50+ countries of the world.

The payment process includes the following steps:

1. Registration of a user account on the Platform;
2. Upload of all required student documents;
3. Creation of the first university application;
4. Payment of the applicable Application Fee or Agent Subscription Fee;
5. Confirmation of successful payment and activation of application submission access.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and complete at the time of payment.

StudyInKZ reserves the right to suspend or reject application processing in the event of unsuccessful or incomplete payments.

3. Agent Subscription Program

StudyInKZ provides subscription plans for education agents, recruitment partners, and affiliated organizations.

Agents may purchase an annual subscription that enables discounted student application fees.

Current annual subscription fees are Professional 245,000 ₸ per year and Enterprise 995,000 ₸ per year.

Depending on the selected subscription plan, agents may be eligible for reduced application fees of:

• 40,000 ₸ per student, or
• 30,000 ₸ per student

The subscription:

• Is valid for a period of one (1) year from the activation date;
• Must be purchased before submitting student applications through the Platform;
• Applies exclusively to applications submitted during the active subscription period.

Subscription fees and benefits are determined solely by StudyInKZ and may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made through the StudyInKZ platform are final and non-refundable, except in the case of erroneous payments as described below.

This policy applies to, including but not limited to:

• Student Application Fees;
• Agent Subscription Fees;
• Any additional service-related payments processed through the Platform.

Except for the erroneous payments described below, once a payment has been successfully processed, StudyInKZ does not provide:

• Refunds;
• Partial refunds;
• Payment reversals;
• Cancellations after payment completion.

Users are strongly advised to carefully review all information and payment details prior to completing any transaction.

Erroneous payments. If a payment has been made in error, the user must send an email to info@studyinkz.kz. Following our consideration, the related application will be cancelled and a refund will be made within 48 hours after approval. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with the Public Offer, and review may take up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of all necessary information.

5. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, users may receive confirmation through:

• The StudyInKZ platform interface;
• Email notification;
• Payment provider confirmation systems.

Users are responsible for retaining payment confirmation records for their reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

StudyInKZ shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays caused by payment service providers;
• Banking or transaction processing errors outside of our control;
• Incorrect payment information submitted by users;
• Temporary technical interruptions affecting payment processing.
